TERMS
– Cozy Dozee reserves the right to supply a different design, than what was ordered, if the stock is unavailable. At all times we will try to contact you first and do our best to supply something similar.
– By making a purchase in our store, you agree that you have checked your car seat or measurements on our SIZE GUIDE page prior to purchasing.
– Please read the how to use page, including the safety warnings and tips, before your purchase.
– All pieces are shipped in a reusable, organza bag and placed in a plastic parcel bag.
– Items are shipped weekly on Friday via Australia post (not a courier). Postage is charged at the check out. Orders of 2 products and above will be tracked. Regular post is $9.99 Australia wide and includes tracking for up to 4 products. Express will no longer be available in 2018. We thank you for your understanding.
– Post is sent Friday and excludes public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
– We ship to New Zealand with a signature on delivery requirement for added security for the price of $18.00 for up to 4 products.
– Please visit our international page at www.cozydozee.com where we currently ship to the USA and UK for special needs children. We are unable to supply all countries worldwide at this time.
– All items quoted throughout this website are in Australia dollars.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that every child falls asleep differently in each individual car seat brand.
We have designed the Cozy Dozee to universally fit (within the sizes) as best as possible. If you are unhappy with the fit or have any problems, questions or concerns about your Cozy Dozee, please contact us immediately.
We have outlined those times we feel the Cozy Dozee will not work for your child and seat at the bottom of our size guide page here: https://www.cozydozee.com.au/size-guide/
We have a 100% percent happiness guarantee and are very confident we will be able to satisfy your concern; however, if you are still not happy we will be happy to provide you with a full refund strictly within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us with proof of purchase (order number) and return your undamaged Cozy Dozee, in its complete and original packaging and we will send you a full refund (excluding postage). Any products not returned with full packaging will incur a $2 fee.
Cozy Dozee will not be responsible for incorrect fitting if you have not checked your car seat size before ordering. We are happy to exchange if the product is returned to us, unused and in it’s original packaging. Return postage is paid for by the customer.
In the case of incorrect fitting of the correct size Cozy Dozee for your car seat, or in the case of a faulty product, Cozy Dozee will pay the postage both ways to replace the product.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
When you purchase from our store, we collect the personal information you give us upon check out ie your name, address and email address.
When you make a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting your information and using it for the specific purpose of email marketing and newsletters. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
We WILL NOT Disclose your personal information unless we are required by law to do so.
